All sales made through The Fat Manatee are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the event of a defective or damaged product.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact us at thefatmanatee@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, or alternative resolution will be provided.

The Fat Manatee is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, or for incorrect shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
