Do you accept returns or refunds?
At The Fat Manatee, we like to keep things chill. Every item is made in small batches with care, so all sales are considered final.
That being said, we don’t want you feeling salty about your order. If something shows up damaged or not quite right, drop us a line at TheFatManateeFL@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll look into it and find a way to make it right—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or another solution that keeps the good vibes flowing.
What if my order was lost or delayed in shipping?
Once your order rides the tide with the shipping carrier, it’s in their hands. We’re not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but we’ll do our best to help you track it down and keep you in the loop.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We all make mistakes (even manatees bump into a dock now and then). Double-check your info before you place your order. If you catch an error, email us ASAP—we’ll try to fix it before your order ships, but once it’s processed, it’s out of our fins.
