Refund policy

At The Fat Manatee, we want you to love your purchase. Each product is created with care and attention to detail to bring you a little piece of coastal living.

Because our items are produced in small batches, all sales are considered final. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us directly at contact@thefatmanatee.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

We’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right—whether that means an exchange, store credit, or another solution that ensures you’re happy with your Fat Manatee experience.

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Customers will be required to print and attach the return shipping label when sending items back to us. Once the refund is processed, please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
